System Administrator for Stockholm City Mission's Website

We are now looking for a technically skilled system administrator for Stockholm City Mission's website!

As the System Administrator for our website, you will be technically responsible for our external website, including our e-commerce platform and our intranet. Your main tasks include establishing a secure and cost-effective management of these systems, as well as ensuring the development needed to achieve our business goals.

Since you have PHP skills and experience with Drupal, you will solve many development issues without external support. Overall priorities are made in the organization's Stakeholder Forum, and your closest colleagues are four people who, like you, are part of the internal system team, which you will lead. You will also collaborate with the Dynamics System Administrator.

The System Administrator is responsible for the daily operation, user support, and follow-up of the system or service. Responsibilities include:

• Managing support, user inquiries, and access administration.
• Monitoring costs, service levels, and agreements at the operational level.
• Being the operational contact point towards management partners and suppliers.
• Collecting needs from the business and implementing minor changes.
• Ensuring that the system complies with established IT principles.

You report to the Marketing Manager, as well as to the Communication Manager and IT Manager in a matrix structure. The system owners for the website are shared by the Marketing Manager and Communication Manager. The system owner for the intranet is the Communication Manager.

To succeed in this role, you have

• At least 5 years of experience as a webmaster, system administrator, and/or project manager.
• Expertise in Drupal or equivalent CMS platforms.
• The ability to configure, administer, and update CMS environments as well as manage modules, themes, and user rights.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (for customization, troubleshooting, and code review).
• Expertise in coding, UX, and development.
• Experience working with UX design processes, user testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4).
• Experience with integrations between web, CRM, and other systems (e.g., Dynamics, MA, BC, API management).
• Understanding of hosting, DevOps, or cloud-based operations (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience in e-commerce.
• Experience working with AI and automation to streamline content production, analysis, or development.
• Analytical skills and several years of experience creating results through insight-driven work.
• The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and specifications.
• Experience in procurement and collaboration with external web agencies and suppliers.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in teams.
• Relevant post-secondary education.
• A drive to work for a more humane society and share the values of the City Mission.
